How to Find Log Files
SINEplayer creates some log files to help our support diagnose issues easier.
When you see an error message, do not restart SINEplayer, as this will wipe the log! When you get an error and want to contact us, find the log files and attach them to your email to our support.
Locating the log files
SINEplayer creates a SINEPlayer.log for the actual software, plus an SINEPlayerBrowser.log for the online component.
You can find these at:
Windows: C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Temp
macOS: <SystemDrive>:Users:<Username>:Library:Logs
