Tom Holkenborg's Percussion

Tom Holkenborg’s Percussion gives you the triple-A composer’s very own drum collection—the exact same drums you heard in  Mad Max: Fury Road, Zack Snyder’s Justice League, and Godzilla vs. Kong. And the exact same drums Tom uses in his template today. Often imitated and now duplicated, these drums offer unique playability, an exhaustive dynamic range, and insane volume.

With up to 100 dynamic layers per instrument, this deep-sampled percussion library gives you a tremendous range—from subtle rhythmic underscoring to aggressive, explosive salvos. The dynamic layers are mapped across your keyboard from very quiet to very very loud. This gives you an expressive way to play and makes detailed pattern editing much easier.

The sound is rich, detailed, and up-front—mix-ready straight out of the box. Blend front and back mics to fine-tune attack. All drums were recorded and processed by Tom in exactly the same way, so any combination of instruments will yield a cohesive sound.

In contrast to other percussion collections, and with the exception of the Peformance patch, this collection has the samples spread across the keyboard.  RR number is provided but only as the total number of notes with samples in the keyboard range.

Whole collection has 2 microphone positions. Front and Back. All instruments are single hits.
