How to get Collection Updates

SINEplayer-powered Collections:

Any updates to SINEplayer-powered collections will automatically appear in your MyLicenses page. See Downloading Updates for details.

Kontakt-powered Collections:

Our delivery system will send you new updates for your products automatically to the email address specified at the time of purchase.

These emails will also have installation instructions for the update.
All Orchestral Tools updates are prepared so that your old versions can still function in previous projects.

Did not get an Update?

If you did not receive an update eMail, please look in your spam filter. If nothing is there, contact us with what you need and be sure to include your purchase date/full name.
It also helps to have a second eMail address in case your provider does not like eMails from us.

New eMail Address

If your email address changes, please let us know so we can make sure you get all updates to your products!

Legacy OSR/SSP Customers

If you have received a user name and password when ordering Orchestral String Runs and/or Symphonic Sphere in the past, please send us an email so we can enter you into the delivery system. Please include your name, email address, date of purchase and OSR/SSP serials.
